Turnkey luxury resort consisted of 47 villas (3 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom), distributed in two wings (north wing and south wing), each wing includes pavilion building, back of house building, kitchen, and restaurants including equipment’s set up. the work includes all structural works, high finishing materials, swimming pools, MEP to the latest technology, HCAV, BMS and Security system, SPA facilities. The work includes also secondary infrastructure, all connections, tanks and biofilter facilities.
