Prefabricated Buildings Complex that consists of 4 major zones that comprise of over 48 buildings in a 272,600 m² land mass, which is used to support the Company Manufacturing and Engineering personnel from initial mobilization through demobilization upon completion of the associated plant construction for the world’s second largest world-class petrochemical plant, SADARA (Joint Venture between Saudi Aramco and the Dow Chemical Company).

Integrating the highest safety and quality standards and practices along with the latest planning and control industry practices for the most efficient and productive construction of this EPC Project (Engineering/Design Procurement Construction), where in a 7-month congested time-frame, work was non-stop and in-parallel in-order to meet the stringent deadline. Work included a complete LV power network, water (potable, fire, and sanitary) networks, communication network, complete land-development including massive asphalted parking areas with all infrastructure, and much more.

Project includes a 3-year operations, maintenance, and catering services package for the offices complex (training, orientation, etc.), including a major dining hall for SADARA M&E personnel, along with multiple prayer buildings and security guardhouses.
