Construction of Housing Units at Jubail total qty 45 villas distributed in total 23 lots, with 280 m2 average area for each villa including: site preparation for all sites (excavation, backfilling, hardscape and landscape), concrete works (sub-structure and super-structure including footings, beams, columns, roof and all others), block works, plastering, paintings, finishing works : tiles all types, doors, windows and handrails, parking areas, all MEP works : lighting, plumbing, fire alarm, HVAC, power and all others.Which includes site preparation, foundation, structure ,lighting, HVAC system, fire alarm and firefighting system.
